"Expect Delays . . .
As the San Bernardino County Superior Court rolls out a new computer system called Odyssey for the Probate Department effective May 17, 2021 (rescheduled from April 19, 2021), you can expect some delays in setting a court hearing for your case. For two weeks prior to May 17, and for two weeks after May 17, the court has reduced the number of court hearings being heard to accommodate court staff to handle the transition to Odyssey. Thus, you may experience a longer than usual delay in the setting of your court hearing. Please expect delays and set your client’s expectations accordingly while we upgrade to a new computer system. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we make these improvements.”
